Digital Modules

ICPDAS digitale invoer-/uitvoermodules zijn apparaten die worden gebruikt in industriële automatiseringssystemen om digitale signalen te ontvangen en te verzenden. Deze modules kunnen worden gebruikt voor verschillende toepassingen, zoals het bewaken van statussen van machines, het aansturen van apparaten zoals motoren of kleppen, en het verzamelen van gegevens voor procesbewaking en -besturing.
Digitale invoermodules worden gebruikt om externe digitale signalen van apparaten of sensoren te ontvangen, zoals schakelaars, drukknoppen, of sensoren die digitale signalen genereren om de status van apparatuur of processen te detecteren. Deze modules kunnen bijvoorbeeld gebruikt worden om te controleren of een machine aan of uit staat, of om te detecteren wanneer een bepaalde gebeurtenis plaatsvindt.
Digitale uitvoermodules worden gebruikt om digitale signalen naar externe apparaten of actuatoren te sturen, zoals relais, kleppen, of motoren, om specifieke acties uit te voeren op basis van de ontvangen signalen. Deze modules kunnen bijvoorbeeld worden gebruikt om een motor aan te sturen om een machine in- of uit te schakelen, of om een klep te openen of te sluiten om de stroom van vloeistoffen of gassen te regelen.
ICPDAS digitale invoer-/uitvoermodules zijn vaak voorzien van isolatie en storingsbescherming om betrouwbare werking te garanderen, zelfs in veeleisende industriële omgevingen waar elektrische ruis of spanningspieken kunnen optreden.
