Counter/Frequency
ICPDAS teller/frequentie-modules zijn apparaten die worden gebruikt in industriële automatiseringssystemen voor het meten en tellen van pulsen, alsook voor het vaststellen van frequenties. Deze modules kunnen worden gebruikt in verschillende toepassingen, zoals snelheidsmeting, tellen van gebeurtenissen, en het monitoren van rotatiesnelheden in machines en systemen.
De tellerfunctie van deze modules stelt gebruikers in staat om nauwkeurig pulsen te tellen die worden gegenereerd door sensoren, encoders, of andere apparaten in het veld. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld worden toegepast in snelheidsmetingstoepassingen voor het controleren van de rotatiesnelheid van een motor of een bewegend object.
Daarnaast kunnen deze modules de frequentie van periodieke signalen meten door het aantal pulsen per tijdseenheid te berekenen. Dit is handig voor het monitoren van de frequentie van trillingen, oscillaties, of andere periodieke gebeurtenissen in machines of processen.
ICPDAS teller/frequentie-modules zijn vaak voorzien van isolatie en storingsbescherming om betrouwbare werking te garanderen, zelfs in veeleisende industriële omgevingen.
