History

Quatech was founded in 1983 by engineering professor who believed in meticulously designed and manufactured products that worked as advertised. After 20+ years Quatech's commitment to quality has never wavered. We continue to strive to provide the industry's most reliable device networking and connectivity products and to maintain the lowest possible total cost of ownership. To that end Quatech tightly adheres to all standards specifications, test every product manufactured in our ISO 9001 registered facility, provides a 5-year product warranty, and backs up that warranty with a highly trained, responsive technical support team.

In February 2006, DPAC Technologies (OCBB: DPAC.OB) and QuaTech, Inc. completed a merger to combine strengths and provide one of the industry's most complete lines of device networking and connectivity solutions. DPAC is a pioneer in developing embedded wireless device networking for machine-to-machine communication. QuaTech, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPAC Technologies, Inc. The combined company goes to market as Quatech.

Quatech is committed ot fully comply with the RoHS Directive on or before July 1, 2006. All of our standard products will designed (or redesigned) to be RoHS-compliant by the end of 2005.
