When the power is on, the PAC will supply power to X607 for remaining stored data in SRAM. If μPAC is powered off, X607 will automatically acquire power supply from the backup battery to ensure data persistence.
The battery in X607 could last about 9 years. X607 allows new battery replacement, but the data stored in SRAM will be lost.
