The Datalux XG12 LCD monitor product is specifically designed and engineered for demanding environments, including embedded equipment, industrial environments, automotive, public safety and security applications. The XG12 is built upon industry standards to easily enable integration into a variety of applications. (Another version of the XG12, the XG12i offers a daylight-viewable, 1000 nit display.)
The XG12 is capable of accepting a wide range of DC power inputs, from 8 to 18 volts or can operate from an optional AC adapter. An optional wiring harness is available to connect to your own DC power supply. The XG12 can also be powered by nominal 12 Volt vehicle power. Front panel controls include power on/off, brightness and instant backlight on/off. The XG12 display delivers a high 600:1 contrast ratio. These monitors use a protected industrial grade LCD module with replaceable backlights. The speaker utilizes a membrane to prevent the ingress of moisture.
The XG12 can be adapted to a variety of VESA standard mounts and Datalux also offers several customized mounts. All connectors and cables exit from a bottom recess on the back of the display.
